REAL TRAINING.

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to accept these terms. Provide accurate account information, protect access to your email and device, and tell us promptly if you believe the account was compromised. One person may not impersonate another, evade a suspension, or use automated access that harms the service.

TRAIN SAFELY

TheStrongApp provides estimates, education, and training suggestions. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, or a guarantee of performance or longevity. Exercise carries risk. Use appropriate equipment, surroundings, supervision, and judgment. Stop when something feels unsafe and consult a qualified professional when you have symptoms, injuries, health conditions, medication questions, or uncertainty about exercise.

Estimated maximums, score ranges, projections, readiness signals, and coach suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. Never attempt a weight or activity solely because the app suggested it.

THE STRONG SCORE AND RANKINGS

The Strong Score is a transparent physical-capacity index, not a medical result or population percentile. Optional inputs may be missing, devices may disagree, and a member can choose a bounded focus that is displayed with the public score. Rankings are opt-in and can change as evidence, classes, verification, or the published formula changes.

Do not falsify sets, health readings, identity, class, or verification evidence. We may label, exclude, correct, or remove unreliable rankings to protect an honest comparison.

FREE AND PRO FEATURES

Core workout logging, planning, score access, lift modeling, and ordinary community access are intended to remain free. Optional Pro features may include Strong Coach, deeper analysis, expanded history, advanced exports, and conveniences. A purchase never increases a score or ranking.

Subscriptions are sold through the applicable app store, renew under the terms shown at purchase, and must be managed or canceled in that store. Prices and feature packaging may change prospectively. Store refund rules apply where the store controls payment.

YOUR CONTENT AND CONDUCT

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant NocturnalSun LLC a limited worldwide license to host, process, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate the features you choose. You can end that license for account-owned content by deleting it, subject to ordinary technical and legal retention.

Do not post illegal, threatening, exploitative, hateful, deceptive, infringing, sexually explicit, privacy-invasive, or dangerous content. Do not expose another person's health information, encourage unsafe training, attack the service, scrape private data, spread malware, or interfere with another member. We may moderate content and restrict accounts to protect people and the service.

SERVICE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The service, software, design, brand, and documentation belong to NocturnalSun LLC or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. They do not transfer ownership. Feedback may be used without obligation to you.

We may improve, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend access for security, abuse, legal requirements, or material violation of these terms.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, accuracy, or a particular result. NocturnalSun LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or injury arising from reliance on training suggestions, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

Where a monetary cap is permitted, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the claim or 100 US dollars, whichever is greater. These limits do not restrict rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

ENDING USE, LAW, AND CHANGES

You may stop using the service and delete the account at any time. Provisions that logically survive deletion remain effective, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms.

California law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in California, except when consumer law gives you another mandatory forum or right.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated in the app. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms.
