REAL TRAINING.

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to accept these terms. If you are 16 or 17, you may use TheStrongApp only with permission from a parent or legal guardian and with supervision appropriate to the activity. Provide accurate account information, protect access to your email and device, and tell us promptly if you believe the account was compromised. One person may not impersonate another, evade a suspension, or use automated access that harms the service.

TRAIN SAFELY

TheStrongApp is a fitness and training tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It does not provide medical care, emergency support, or a guarantee of performance, health, or longevity. Consult a physician or other qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and before beginning or materially changing an exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, injured, taking medication, or living with a medical condition.

Strength training, conditioning, and exercise involve inherent risks, including strains, falls, equipment failure, serious injury, illness, disability, and death. You choose whether and how to perform an activity and remain responsible for safe technique, appropriate loads, equipment inspection, spotters or supervision, recovery, and safe surroundings. Never attempt a weight, movement, pace, or workout solely because the app or another member suggested it.

Stop immediately and seek qualified care if you experience chest pain, faintness, unusual shortness of breath, severe pain, loss of control, or another concerning symptom. Contact local emergency services in an emergency.

Estimated maximums, suggested loads, rep ranges, scores, readiness and recovery signals, health context, projections, and AI-generated plans are estimates. They may be incomplete, unsuitable, or wrong. Reduce, modify, or skip any recommendation you cannot perform safely.

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By choosing to use a workout, scoring, ranking, health-context, or coaching feature, you acknowledge the ordinary and inherent risks of exercise and voluntarily decide whether to participate. You remain responsible for evaluating your condition, experience, surroundings, and equipment before and during an activity.

This acknowledgement does not exclude or limit responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. It is not a substitute for informed medical advice, professional coaching, appropriate supervision, insurance, or emergency planning.

THE STRONG SCORE AND RANKINGS

The Strong Score is a transparent physical-capacity index, not a medical result or population percentile. Optional inputs may be missing, devices may disagree, and a member can choose a bounded focus that is displayed with the public score. Rankings are opt-in and can change as evidence, classes, verification, or the published formula changes.

Do not falsify sets, health readings, identity, class, or verification evidence. We may label, exclude, correct, or remove unreliable rankings to protect an honest comparison.

FREE AND PRO FEATURES

Core workout logging, planning, score access, lift modeling, ordinary community access, and accepting a creator-delivered program are intended to remain free. Pro features include Strong Coach and the creator tools used to publish versioned programs and deliver them directly to eligible followers. A purchase never increases a score or ranking.

Subscriptions are sold through the applicable app store, renew under the terms shown at purchase, and must be managed or canceled in that store. Prices and feature packaging may change prospectively. Store refund rules apply where the store controls payment.

YOUR CONTENT AND CONDUCT

You retain ownership of content you submit, including workout videos. You grant NocturnalSun LLC a limited worldwide license to host, process, transcode, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate the features you choose. You can end that license for account-owned content by deleting it, subject to ordinary technical and legal retention.

Programs, workouts, instructions, videos, and other material shared by members are user content. NocturnalSun LLC does not endorse, medically review, or guarantee that material. Apply the same safety judgment to member content that you apply to every other suggestion in the service.

Do not post illegal, threatening, exploitative, hateful, deceptive, infringing, sexually explicit, privacy-invasive, or dangerous content. Do not expose another person's health information, encourage unsafe training, attack the service, scrape private data, spread malware, or interfere with another member. Workout videos remain private until reviewed. Members can report content and block another member. We may review, reject, hide, remove, retain limited moderation records, or restrict accounts to protect people and the service. Contact support through the published Support page if urgent community-safety action is needed.

SERVICE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The service, software, design, brand, and documentation belong to NocturnalSun LLC or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. They do not transfer ownership. Feedback may be used without obligation to you.

We may improve, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend access for security, abuse, legal requirements, or material violation of these terms.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, accuracy, or a particular result. NocturnalSun LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or injury arising from reliance on training suggestions, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

Where a monetary cap is permitted, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the claim or 100 US dollars, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for fraud, willful injury, violation of law, or another obligation or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.

ENDING USE, LAW, AND CHANGES

You may stop using the service and delete the account at any time. Provisions that logically survive deletion remain effective, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms.

California law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in California, except when consumer law gives you another mandatory forum or right.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated in the app. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms.
